
Police in Frederick, Maryland say there are now two victims and one suspect is down in an active shooter situation.
UPDATE 10:40 a.m ET: During a mid-morning press conference, Frederick Police Chief Jason Lando explained that the shooting began "in the Riverside Tech Park in the city of Frederick". While Navy sailors were involved in the incident, the suspect was killed at the Fort Detrick Army base.
Lando said he didn't know why the suspect opened fire at the business or subsequently went to Fort Detrick.
