Prince Harry and Meghan Markle formally close down their Sussex Royal charity

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry Take Final Step To Breakaway Royal Family

Prince Harry is feeling "tormented by his fractured family ties" while Meghan Markle is "struggling to cope" since they moved from the United Kingdom to Los Angeles to lead an independent, both financially and personally, life there, an insider told The Sunday Mirror.

The decision to step away from the royal family means Meghan, who previously starred on the TV series Suits, potentially has the freedom to pursue her acting career again.

Yesterday it emerged that Harry and Meghan were winding down their Sussex Royal charity to concentrate on other ventures. The decision was motivated, in large part, by the couple's desire for increased privacy.

An insider told Newsweek: "Following previous announcements that The Duke and Duchess will not be using the name "Sussex Royal" and will not continue with a foundation in its name, paperwork has been filed with Companies House and the Charity Commission to formally close the charity down".

The Sussexes are suing The Mail on Sunday for breach of privacy and copyright infringement after they published a letter Meghan sent to her father Thomas Markle.

"I think he is just about walking", said Nicholl in mention of the Archie.

The relative, who requested anonymity, also weighed in on Harry's reported issues with the rest of the royal family.

"They really do love that family time and they've had a lot of that recently", continued Nicholl. And Harry must be tormented by his fractured family ties.

"It was a net loss for the British taxpayers and to try and justify spending public money on her wedding by making these rather weird claims is just another sign of their entitlement", he added. Meghan has reportedly distanced herself from Mulroney since the incident. However, she denied authorizing them to grant the interview.

We can only hope that, once her case is over, Meghan can find some well-deserved peace of mind.
