Dinwiddie intends to try to play in Orlando when the National Basketball Association season restarts, while Jordan said he would not. "I was ready and prepared to rejoin my teammates as we were to be an early entry team in the resumed season".

Dinwiddie said he tested negative for the virus multiple times after returning to Brooklyn and took part in a couple practices.

Dinwiddie told The Athletic he will remain in quarantine and be re-evaluated in 14 days.

Point guard Dinwiddie, 27, clarified in a tweet that he was still keen to play.

Now, just days before the Nets head to Disney for training camp ahead of the season resuming July 30, a playoff berth alone would seem like a success.
