She alleged that there, Santokh raped her in his auto, on the pretext of taking her to her boyfriend.

The incident reportedly happened on May 14 when the complainant, who hails from Jalandhar, visited Singh's house in order to meet her boyfriend who was reportedly staying at his place.

A police case was registered on May 19 after she filed a complaint.

Santokh Singh has been booked by the Jalandhar Police for allegedly raping a 40-year-old woman.

The woman said that Singh threatened to kill her if ever she opens her mouth about the incident and dropped her back at her friend's place. We are surely disturbed at the moment but we also know nothing is going to happen as we have enough proofs that the lady is lying.

A few weeks ago, Santokh Singh made the headlines after he blamed Shehnaz's co-contestant in Bigg Boss 13, Himanshi Khurrana, of pushing his daughter to attempt suicide. She has also appeared in Punjabi movies such as Sat Shri Akaal England, Kala Shah Kala, and Daaka. Her bonding with Sidharth Shukla was one of the highlights of her journey on the reality show.
