Apple is killing off iTunes, reports say

Apple increases cellular download limit from 150MB to 200MB

It's been rumoured that Apple would end iTunes for some time, but according to Bloomberg, Apple CEO Tim Cook is set to detail the cut on Monday's Worldwide Developers Conference and unveil new updates to Apple's operating system. The app is expected to be able to track your iPhone even if it's not connected to Wi-Fi or a cellular network. A new Sleep Mode will also be introduced.

The volume bar shown in the image appears rather similar to how the bar now looks in the Control Center, the iOS options menu, so if this leaked image is accurate to the final build it suggests Apple is trying to consolidate its aesthetics.

Other rumours suggest that Apple will dismantle iTunes in the next iteration of macOS. Again, simply go to www.apple.com/apple-events/livestream at 10 a.m. PT/1 p.m. ET to watch the live stream in your mobile browser.

The Apple Watch will get a big update later today. The move, which will be announced at Apple's developer conference, had been widely expected, given the rise of streaming services, including Apple Music and its soon-to-be-launched Apple TV+.

There's not much information on what Apple will improve in tvOS but a good guess is the addition of multiple users support.

Tesla prices China-made Model 3 at 328,000 yuan
The auto will be offered at a starting price of 328,000 yuan and customers can book their cars with a payment of 20,000 yuan. The price of the cheapest variant sold in China is 328,000 yuan or $47,530, which is 13% lower than the imported variant.

The second-gen Mac Pro (nicknamed the Trash Can) was unveiled at WWDC in 2013 so it would be fitting that the third-gen would come at WWDC 2019.

Listen to the latest Rich on Tech podcast where I talk about the tech stuff I think you should know and answer your tech questions! What constitutes an easy upgrade for Apple remains to be seen though. Apple will finally replace that annoying volume HUD with something less irritating, and we have a brand new leak that shows us one of the purported concepts Apple developed for it.

This darker colour scheme has become hugely popular in recent years with Apple's MacBooks and iMacs getting this option last year via an update to the macOS software.

The changes will showcase Apple's new generation of software which begin the transition of removing the iPhone as the company's hero device.
