Lawsuit claims Harvey Weinstein bragged about sleeping with Jennifer Lawrence

LONDON ENGLAND- FEBRUARY 08 Jennifer Lawrence and Harvey Weinstein attend the 'Silver Linings Playbook' Grey Goose Dinner hosted by Harvey Weinstein and Stephen Fry at Little House

In a new lawsuit filed against the former movie mogul and The Weinstein Company, an anonymous woman claims Weinstein once bragged about sleeping with Jennifer Lawrence.

Later that year, after a dinner meeting in NY, the aspiring actress claims he kneeled in front of her, and forcibly performed oral sex on her.

Jennifer has now issued a statement denying that such an affair took place, saying: "My heart breaks for all the women who were victimised by Harvey Weinstein".

Jennifer previously spoke out about Weinstein a year ago when the original allegations of assault and harassment were made against him by the New York Times.

A spokesperson for Weinstein told PEOPLE in a statement at the time that "any allegations of non-consensual sex are unequivocally denied by Mr. Weinstein".

In a separate incident, Weinstein allegedly "thrusted her hand onto his penis" after a movie premiere, the court documents published by Variety claim.

The lawsuit claims she was sobbing throughout the act, which led Weinstein to respond, "I slept with Jennifer Lawrence, and look where she is; she has just won an Oscar". "I have never had anything but a professional relationship with him".

Shakira has been charged with tax evasion in Spain
The news comes 11 months after Spanish authorities announced an investigation into the singer's tax status. A magistrate will now look into whether there is enough evidence to put the 41-year-old on trial.

At a later meeting at his office in the same year, the actress alleges that Weinstein pushed her to the ground and forcibly performed oral sex on her. "This is yet another example of the predatory tactics and lies that he engaged in to lure countless women". The actress, who was 22 when she met Weinstein in 2013, said he arranged meetings to discuss potential film roles, but made sexual advances instead.

The latest accuser, listed in legal documents as Jane Doe, is suing both Weinstein and The Weinstein Company, the film studio he founded with his brother Bob.

"Mr. Weinstein is embarrassed for Ms. Lawrence with whom he has only had a professional and respectful relationship, who has sadly been dragged into this ugly attempt at defamation", the statement continued.

She got up to go to the bathroom and he walked in on her with her trousers tights down while she was using the toilet.

The women have asked a judge to reject his request after alleging his lawyers told them he "intended to unleash these emails in the media to sway the court of public opinion".

Jennifer said: "For the record, while I was not victimised personally by Harvey Weinstein, I stand behind the women who have survived his bad abuse and I applaud them in using all means necessary to bring him to justice whether through criminal or civil actions".

In the papers filed by Jane Doe in Los Angeles she alleges Weinstein bragged about bedding the 28-year-old Oscar victor.
