Anthony Joshua: 'When I beat Andy Ruiz, I'll say 'F*** everybody'

Whyte wants a massive Brit battle with Joshua

Defending IBF, WBA and WBO champion Andy Ruiz Jr. of Mexico attends a press conference in Diriyah on the outskirts of Riyadh in September.

Joshua will take on Ruiz Jr on Saturday in Diriyah, Saudi Arabia with the WBA "super", IBF and WBO belts on the line following the Mexican-American's shock win at Madison Square Garden in NY last summer.

Anthony Joshua must overcome the mental scars of a stoppage defeat to Andy Ruiz Jr if he is to successfully regain his heavyweight world titles, believes promoter Eddie Hearn.

"He's going to try to make adjustments. I don't know if he wants to exchange punches, but I'd love for him to do that because I'm the more skilled boxer", Ruiz told The Telegraph. If he can be smart, use his jab, keeps it long, then I think the knockout will come. But for how long?

"I think what won him the Olympics was boxing, and I think what won him the world titles against [Wladimir] Klitschko and everyone else was boxing and being smart".

His greatest strength is to be big and strong and powerful and to be in a better physical condition than most of the boys with whom he has fought.

. "That's my mindset going into this fight".

Coming after two weeks of public testimony, the findings of the House Intelligence Committee report are not yet publicly known. Jeffries said the House is a co-equal branch that must serve as a check on wrongdoing.

He said, "I just hope Joshua doesn't listen too much to the things that people say about who needs to lose weight. get away from your main strengths".

"I don't know what he thinks, what's going on at the camp".

Speaking about the diversity of ticket sales, Frank Smith, CEO of Matchroom Boxing, said: "The matches in which Anthony Joshua participated achieved record sales around the world, whether in London or NY".

"I want to impose myself in this fight, but I don't want to overlook him", Ruiz added. "Even if he loses his next 10 fights, I would still like to rematch him". The main thing is pressure, throw combinations and use my speed.

"Win, lose or tie, I would still like to rematch him".
