Bank officials called state police in July after attempts to communicate with the couple were unsuccessful.

Nate Weaver, a neighbor of the couple, told CNN affiliate WNEP that the allegations are "kind of shocking". The two were arrested and are now out on $25,000 bail.

"I don't even know what's going on", the father said. She told them she would speak with her husband about it and call them back, but never did, police said.
