Archie's birth certificate reveals where 'Princess of UK' Meghan gave birth

REVELATION Prince Harry's engagement plans didn't work out as he'd hoped

Now that Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex, has given birth to Archie, the first half-American and biracial royal baby, CBS News' Gayle King sat down with some of Meghan's closest friends to dive deeper into this monumental occasion and why the world is so transfixed by it.

It's been nearly a year to the day since 29.2 million people tuned in to watch the royal wedding of Prince Harry and actress-turned-princess Meghan Markle, but royal family fever is still in full-swing on this side of the pond.

Prince Harry has accepted an apology, along with "substantial damages" from a photo agency that took photos of his former home with Duchess Meghan Markle.

"Huge congratulations to the Duke and Duchess of Sussex on the birth of baby Archie", a spokesperson for The Portland Hospital shared with People magazine.

Brace yourselves: Baby Archie was born in a hospital.

Sarah, Duchess of York welcomed Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie, Prince Harry's cousins at the same hospital, as did Victoria Beckham with her sons Brookyln and Romeo Beckham.

The Duchess of Sussex gave birth to her first child, a son named Archie, earlier this month.

Is it too late for Samantha Grant to act nice toward Meghan Markle and Prince Harry? In the years I've known her, the years I've worked with her, she's never had a diva fit, never.
