'Rick and Morty' Season 4 to premiere in November 2019

PSA: RICK AND MORTY Will Return This November

In a short video posted to Adult Swim's Twitter account, the stars of the show themselves (one of them somewhat reluctantly) appeared to tell faithful viewers that season 4 of the animated series will be coming our way in November 2019. But thankfully the wait is nearly over, and soon you'll be treated to a whole new series of inter-dimensional and somewhat inappropriate adventures as it was announced today that after two years since the end of season three the fourth season will debut this November. That'll put the show over the halfway point for the total of 70 episodes (so far) ordered by Adult Swim, so there's plenty more sci-fi hijinks in store for the future of Dan Harmon and Justin Roiland's phenomenon. Created by Justin Roiland and Dan Harmon, it catalogues the freakish misadventures of a bored scientific genius/drunkard and his socially awkward grandson, Morty.

The last episode of Adult Swim's animated giant premiered in October 2017, making the gap between Season 3 and Season 4 more than two years long. That's a long wait for new episodes, but the good news is, we shouldn't have to worry about these long waits between seasons anymore. "We got all that, and we're both very excited". "It's going to be really cool".

Texas explorer completes deepest ocean dive in history
An American diver has found a plastic bag almost seven miles beneath the surface of the ocean, during a record-breaking dive. Vescovo says he's proud of these scientific finds - and also that the team's got a submersible that's up for the challenge.

Previous seasons of Rick and Morty have premiered in the summer, but protracted negotiations over the show's renewal postponed production.

Rick and Morty is back, baby.
