Video Released Shows Woman Pushing Elderly Man Off Bus, He Later Died

The surveillance video shows Bishop allegedly push Fournier out of the door of the stopped bus

Cadesha Bishop, 25, was arrested on May 6, more than a month after the March incident.

In the video, a suspect is seen pushing Fournier with both hands down the front steps of the bus. Bishop faces an open murder charge on an elderly-vulnerable person.

Serge Fournier was reportedly telling a fellow passenger on the bus to be politer to others when he was pushed by a woman, landing head first on the pavement.

Serge Fournier hit his head on a sidewalk in the March 21 incident, police said, and the Clark County coroner ruled his death on April 23 a homicide resulting from his injuries.

The father of Bishop's son told police that Bishop was violent, and that he was no longer with her because of it.

A judge held her on $100,000 bail pending a preliminary hearing on May 21.

In a Tuesday tweet, Vegas cops stated detectives are still looking to talk with witnesses.

It's alleged she was argumentative with people on the bus and as the man stepped off she and him were involved in a dispute.

Mr Taylor asserted that Fournier was a "wonderful person" and shared that he would never forget his friend.

According to witnesses, Bishop was arguing with the victim and other passengers on the bus before she pushed the man out the door.

"He was an excellent neighbor".

Taylor said, "No matter what his age, she should not have done that".

He leaves behind a wife who is disabled, according to KSNV.
