Don Jr. Defends Chelsea Clinton Against 'Sickening' Islamophobia Accusation

According to The New York Post, Clinton was attending a vigil on the campus for the 49 people killed in the attacks earlier that day.

"This, right here, is the result of the massacre stoked by people like you and the words that you have put out into the world", one student said.

The caption and comments were an apparent reference to Ms Clinton's condemnation of Democratic congresswoman Ilham Omar, who was widely criticised last month for using "anti-Semitic tropes".

Clinton responded once more, "I'm so sorry you feel that way", before another student yells "What does "I'm sorry you feel that way" mean?" "The 49 people died because of the rhetoric you put out there". "Certainly, it was never my intention", she said.

On Friday, tensions boiled over when Clinton was accosted by a New York University student who attempted to publicly shame her for "all the Islamophobia that you have stoked".

US, Afghan government tensions burst into public over Taliban talks
Viceroy is a politically loaded term in South Asia as it was the title of the colonial administrator of British-ruled India. Pakistan government had invited the Taliban for talks along with the United States in Islamabad, infuriating Kabul.

"Frankly it was disgusting to accost a pregnant woman in this way and to tell her that she was directly responsible for a terrorist atrocity that happened thousands of miles away in New Zealand which she has nothing to do with", Maajid said.

Donald Trump Jr.is defending Chelsea Clinton after the former first daughter was blasted by NYU students who blamed her tweet for the New Zealand mosque attacks.

"We should expect all elected officials, regardless of party, and all public figures to not traffic in anti-Semitism", Clinton tweeted on February 10. Chelsea should be praised for speaking up. "Anyone who doesn't understand this is part of the problem", Donald Jr.'s tweet read.

As noted by Schow, Dweik doubled-down on her Clinton-bashing via Twitter. As people in unwavering solidarity with Palestinians in their struggle for freedom and human rights, we were profoundly disappointed when Chelsea Clinton used her platform to fan those flames.

Ms Omar is yet to comment on the confrontation, but took to social media to write: "We can't let fear replace our joy and we must always believe love trumps hate!"
