No Man's Sky Beyond Expands The Game's Multiplayer

On Friday, Hello Games announced the next chapter for No Man's Sky. Titled Beyond, it introduces a new social and multiplayer experience the studio is calling No Man's Sky Online.

Today we've learned that Beyond will dramatically expand the No Man's Sky multiplayer experience, bringing new ways for players to come together from across the universe. Despite a shaky reception when the game was first released, developer Hello Games put their heads down and issued a series of updates that have completely changed the game from its initial form. Perhaps the next update will add multiplayer essentials like messaging, friend's lists, and larger parties.

At one time, Hello Games planned to release three, future updates as part of the Beyond expansion. We now know very little about this update. Murray promised that "these changes are an answer to how we have seen people playing since the release of Next".

At least 24 dead, dozens missing after cyclone hits parts of Zimbabwe
The World Food Program said it would deliver 20 tons of emergency food aid to stranded communities by boat and helicopter. The Mozambican television channel TVM reported that at least five people had been seriously injured.

Hello Games said it will share more information about each individual component when it knows it can be precise. The game was riddled with bugs and many players felt that the graphics were lacking. But then the lack of clear details allowed fans to imagine features that never actually existed, and then harass the developers at Hello Games when those features failed to materialize after the game finally launched in 2016 to polarizing reviews. Murray argued that each subsequent update has brought "enjoyment to millions of new players".

In No Man's Sky, every star is the light of a distant sun, each orbited by planets filled with life, and you can go to any of them you choose.
