3 things Barcelona need to do against Manchester United

Solskjaer applauding after a Manchester United match

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has insisted that his Manchester United side can "go all the way" in the Champions League ahead of their quarter-final clash against Barcelona.

"Wolves have already beaten Liverpool under the lights in the FA Cup, in round three, but Jurgen Klopp made a lot of changes for that game, and I don't see Solskjaer doing the same".

Bale's agent Jonathan Barnett has repeatedly stated Bale's intention to remain at the Bernabeu, but United are one of just a handful of clubs with the wherewithal to acquire the forward.

"We want these games against the biggest clubs".

Bale is facing an uncertain future at Real Madrid following the return of head coach Zinedine Zidane, having struggled to cement himself in the Frenchman's starting XI prior to his departure in May.

"There's so many factors you need to think about when you sign players".

"You can look behind the result and say that was a good performance, we didn't get what we deserved. So there's so many things that we need to think about".

'There's no way' Anthony Davis is being dealt to Lakers
The subject of moving James, however, was contemplated by the Lakers, a team source said, weeks before Van Gundy aired it. Davis has made it clear that he no longer wants to play with the Pelicans and would prefer to be traded.

United and Solskjaer have a month to wait before restarting their Champions League campaign when Lionel Messi and Barcelona visit Old Trafford on April 10.

"We have played so much worse and won games and that's the unusual thing when you're a manager you can look behind the result and say that was a good performance but we didn't get what we deserved... it's so odd".

United are looking to bounce back from their first domestic defeat under Solskjaer last weekend at Arsenal - a side they overcame in the fourth round of the FA Cup.

"We've got great faith in him as the next Michael Carrick".

"The confidence in the players, it's sky high", he said.

"We've been on a good run now.it's not "squeaky bum time" like the gaffer used to say, but it tightens up".
