Sniper Elite V2 Remastered Confirmed, Sniper Elite 5 Coming in 2020

Sniper Elite V2 Remastered Confirmed, Sniper Elite 5 Coming in 2020

Rebellion announced not one or two, but four Sniper Elite projects today, across a variety of platforms including virtual reality.

As announced in a stunning gameplay trailer, Sniper Elite V2 Remastered launches on PS4, Xbox One, PC and Nintendo Switch in 2019. Check out the remaster in action above.

According to Rebellion, this game will offer stunningly enhanced graphics, 4K resolution and HDR display, making it the visually definitive version of Sniper Elite V2. It will introduce new playable characters, a brand new photo mode, expanded online multiplayer for up to 16 combatants, as well as all the content ever released for the game.

If you're new to Sniper Elite III you can now enjoy the same award-winning sniping but now with 9 additional DLC packs - including 3 new campaign missions - all for a great new price.

Conor McGregor facing civil suit over cellphone incident outside Miami nightclub
McGregor allegedly "punched" the mobile device out of Abdirzak's hand and began stomping on it repeatedly, his suit says. McGregor's attorney, Samuel Rabin, called the civil case "a quick effort seeking a payday".

Sniper Elite III Ultimate Edition is a feature-complete version of Sniper Elite 3. And given that Rebellion doesn't flood the market with releases in the series means there's a lot gamers always craving more, but this won't be the case for much longer.

Meanwhile, Sniper Elite 3 Ultimate for Nintendo Switch will also be arriving sometime this year. Presumably, this is going to be called Sniper Elite 5, but at the moment, details are relatively scarce.

I've always thought the Sniper Elite games were a touch underappreciated, so it's nice to see Rebellion throwing their full weight behind the series.

The next major title in the Sniper Elite series, following in the footsteps of the widely acclaimed Sniper Elite 4, is being worked on now. Fans can look out for more details soon. Are you excited to experience the franchise on Switch for the first time?
