Woman seen on video tossing chair from Toronto condo identified by police

Police have no information about why the woman allegedly threw the two chairs off the balcony, nor do they have details about the person who took the video, Hopkinson said.

Her risky prank was caught on camera and posted online, where it has been viewed more than 700,000 times.

Police believe the chair-throwing incident occurred Saturday around 10 a.m. ET at a condo in the Harbour and York streets area, which overlooks the Gardiner Expressway and Lake Shore Boulevard.

The video was then uploaded to Facebook, where it went viral and caught the attention of local authorities.

Police asked the public Monday for help identifying the woman, saying they were investigating the incident as a case of mischief endangering life.

Steelers WR Brown requests trade

They have not released or identity or her hometown.

He said the woman also threw multiple other objects from the balcony, though only the chair was shown on the video.

He said officers have contacted her and told her to get herself a lawyer and turn herself in so that she can be interviewed by authorities.

Police say the chair landed in front of the entrance to a building and there were no reports of injuries.

"When you look at this video, anybody would look at it and think this is very, very unsafe".
