Bebe Rexha scolds audience at 2019 Grammy event

Bebe Rexha attends the 61st Annual GRAMMY Awards at Staples Center

In January the singer uploaded a video to her Instagram account speaking out about her frustration over designers who are unwilling to dress her for being a size 8 (that's an Aussie size 12) for the awards.

On Sunday (February 10), the two-time nominee took to the big music ceremony in a puffy red Monsoori dress, proving that she doesn't care one bit about pretentious fashion big-wigs.

On the red carpet, Rexha also opened up about the outpouring of support she received after opening up about her wardrobe dilemma. "They said I was too big or fat and I love my body and I just want other girls to love their bodies".

Bebe Rexha is making the designers who turned down the opportunity to dress her eat their words.

Lawyers: Rapper 21 Savage released from immigration custody
During the ordeal, a variety of rappers came out to support, including Cardi B, Offset, Vince Staples, Metro Boomin and Jay-Z who hired the rap star's lawyers.

Emphasizing she can't be filtered, Rexha said, "As long as I can go to sleep at night knowing I was true to myself then I'm okay". "He worked with my body and I feel wonderful". "Then I don't want to wear your f***ing dresses", she said in the video. And a lot of times artists will go and talk to designers and they'll make them custom dresses to walk the red carpet.

"He worked with my body and I feel incredible", Bebe Rexha said of working with Monsoori. "You're saying that all the women in the world that are size 8 and up are not handsome, and they can not wear your dresses". We are attractive any size! "I just did the video because I was really heartbroken and it bummed me", she told Ryan Seacrest on E!'s Live from the Red Carpet show. "I really didn't expect that, so my size 8 a- is here on the red carpet". However, a little after receiving her nominations, she we shocked to discover that many designers did not want to dress her. I don't get angry at people.
