Kingdom Hearts 3 Post-Launch Plans Include Epilogue and 'Secret Movie'

Kingdom Hearts 3 Epilogue Can't Be Watched Without an Internet Connection

That is why Square Enix has chose to include the game's epilogue, as well as a secret video, in the day-one patch for the game.

A Memory Archive will help players catch up on the story up to Kingdom Hearts 3 and also add an epilogue when the game is finished.

What's worse is how the company has made a decision to spin this piece of news, implying that the epilogue isn't important to the understanding of the game. Players will need to have completed Kingdom Hearts III and seen the ending, as well as fulfilled certain criteria during play to view this video. After its release on January 25th, the game will receive a day-one update followed by the addition of an epilogue and a "secret movie". There have been landmines for fans to avoid in the form of spoilers due to leaks, but an update in launch week will add an epilogue that will even be new to those with leaked copies of the game. Evidently Square Enix's definition differs wildly.

As you'd expect, all these patches will arrive as free downloadable content.

Amazon-owned Ring has reportedly been spying on customer camera feeds
Ring engineers and executives were reportedly given access to "unfiltered, round-the-clock" feeds of some users' footage. Using a corresponding database, those same employees could link specific video files to the owner's Ring account.

Starting Tuesday, 29 January, four days after the third core title launches, Update 1.01 (data fixes) and Memory Archive (added to the game's title menu) will be available for download.

Thursday, January 31: secret video. The secret ending will only be able to be seen when players have completed the game along with extra requirements that need to be completed. The criteria vary depending on the difficulty level selected.

Since the worldwide launch of Kingdom Hearts III is January 29, 2019, its update schedule is a little different.

While a slight bummer for those that might not have the strongest internet available, it's hard not to get excited about all of the content that awaits.
