Sevilla Sign Munir For Low Transfer Fee

Official: Sevilla and Barcelona reach agreement for Munir

Sevilla have confirmed that they have reached an agreement in principle to sign Barcelona forward Munir El Haddadi.

Barca sold the Brazil global to PSG for a world-record fee of £200million in the summer of 2017 but are rumoured to be interested in re-acquiring his services.

The La Liga champions have recently been linked with a January move for Chelsea hitman Alvaro Morata, whose future seems to lie away from Stamford Bridge.

And while Valverde did not comment on those rumours, he did admit the team will be looking to add to their strike force, if not from outside the club, then from within.

Jasprit Bumrah rested for 3-ODI series, Siraj named replacement
He was the leader of the pack and ended up with 21 wickets in 4 Tests, joint most with Nathan Lyon. In his last Ranji Trophy match for Hyderabad against Punjab , he picked up seven wickets.

"I can only say the same thing", Valverde said. "We will see if we can, if someone comes". "That he's a great player, that he's at another team and that we respect that a lot".

After struggling to break through into Ernesto Valverde's side this season, with just seven La Liga appearances to his name, Munir was tipped to leave the Camp Nou in search of regular first team football. If everything gos to plan he could make his debut against Athletic in the Copa del Rey this week.

Valverde is likely to restore his starters as his Barca side host 13th placed Eibar on Sunday.
