Bomb Threat Hoaxer, DDos Boss Gets 3 Years

Samuel Davies and ex-partner Roxanne Davis

He twice targeted schools in the United Kingdom and U.S. with hoax messages - before phoning-in a fake report of a hijacked aircraft while under investigation.

The teenager was sentenced to one year for the emails sent to schools and two years for the airport security scare.

Avonbourne Trust has four academies; Avonwood Primary, Avonbourne College, Harewood College and Avonbourne Sixth Form.

George Duke-Cohan, who was sentenced at Luton Crown Court on Friday, sent thousands of emails to schools, colleges and nurseries across the United Kingdom and America warning that bombs had been planted in classrooms.

His Honour Judge Richard Foster, sentencing, said that police investigating the bomb hoaxes had also found a Discord server on which Duke-Cohan used the handles "geor", "Trident" and "Plexit".

'You were playing a game for your own perverted sense of fun in full knowledge of the consequences'.

Schools in Stotfold and Dunstable were among those targetted by George Duke-Cohan.

The terrifying emails said that an explosive device would be set off if a payment was not made.

The email sent to schools read: "You can ignore this email and risk the lives of the students you say you care for or you can listen to what we are telling you". Duke-Cohan and his crew modeled themselves after the actions of the Lizard Squad, another group of e-fame seeking online hoodlums who also ran a DDoS-for-hire service, called in bomb threats to airlines, DDoSed this Web site repeatedly and whose members were almost all subsequently arrested and charged with various cybercrimes.

Ubisoft Reveals Far Cry New Dawn
A Devil May Cry 5 demo - or the first demo, as Capcom calls it, will be available for free today exclusively on Xbox One. Montana's once-charred land has now blossomed, bathing New Dawn's landscape in a strikingly bright colour palette.

Duke-Cohan, from Watford, had admitted making bomb threats to thousands of schools, including a number in Kent. If you do not send the money, we will blow up the device.

At the same time, authorities in the U.K. and US discovered that Duke-Cohan was responsible for falsely reporting the hijack of a plane bound for the United States. Duke-Cohan and other Apophis Squad members also attacked the free email service Protonmail, even as all of them continued to use their Protonmail accounts to communicate about the attacks.

A tweet sent after the plane landed included the words "9/11 remake".

He was arrested for a third time at his home in Mutchetts Close, Watford, on August 31 this year.

Thousands of pupils from 457 schools who received similar emails were affected causing anxiety and upset, Luton Crown Court was told.

"Law enforcement take such offences extremely seriously".

"You accept responsibility for the hoaxes and claim that you are a psychopath with a history of killing small animals", said the judge as he prepared to hand down sentence.

The judge said that what Duke-Cohan did was "far removed from anything that could be described as naivety or a cry for help from a sick person".

At one point during the mitigation, a woman wept in the public gallery.
