Terry Rozier refutes report he is unhappy with Celtics

Celtics point guard Terry Rozier is reportedly coveted by a number of teams in need of help at point guard

I love Terry, but he is only going to be a bench player in Boston.

With Kyrie Irving verbally committing to the Celtics longterm, Rozier is seeking a starting role after an electric display running the team during the 2018 playoffs. He is averaging 7.5 points and 4.4 rebounds. The Boston Celtics have a boatload of talent on their roster, and it seems like other teams are trying to see if Boston wants to get rid of some players, specifically Terry Rozier. Ten games into the season, Rozier has played only 22.7 minutes per game, not only behind Irving but also fellow point guard Marcus Smart.

National Basketball Association insider Shams Charania reported on Wednesday that several National Basketball Association teams were interested in trading for Rozier.

There's also the fact that Rozier being upset with his playing time would make all the sense in the world.

Elsewhere in Boston, with Kyrie Irving verbally committing to a return and a new deal with the Celtics, the franchise will eventually have to face a hard decision when it comes to the possible lucrative restricted free agency of Terry Rozier. The Phoenix Suns have aggressively pursued Rozier, even before firing Ryan McDonough as general manager, league sources said. Currently Isaiah Canaan is the teams starting point guard.

During the ceremony, as Charles led Meghan down the aisle at St George's Chapel, the prince was seen whispering, "Thank you, Pa". I do realise that it is a separate exercise being sovereign.

Rozier is set to become a free agent this offseason and likely will command a big payday.

So now seems like the flawless time to trade Rozier.

According to a report from Shams Charania of The Athletic, as many as seven teams are in pursuit of Rozier, who scored six points, three rebounds, one block, one steal, and two 3-pointers in Monday's 115-107 loss to the Denver Nuggets.

Expected to compete for a championship, the Celtics have gotten off to a relatively slow 6-4 start this season, while posting the league's fifth-worst offense.
