Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt to begin custody trial next month

Brad Pitt has had enough of the custody drama going on between him and ex-wife Angelina Jolie.

Then the media wrote about the fact that they even made a truce, and it seemed that the court case is close to completion, but apparently someone of them chose to continue to sort out relations in court.

And whilst it was also reported that problems were set to arise as Angelina seeks full custody and Brad aims for a 50/50 split, the source insists that isn't the case.

Entertainment Tonight has obtained court documents that reveal the custody trial will take place on December 4th of this year. Brad is requesting joint legal and physical custody. "Angelina is not seeking sole custody of the kids, she still supports the reconciliation of the children with their father". Pitt's team retaliated, providing court documents receipts for a $8 million loan he gave Jolie for her current home as well as $1.3 million in bills.

History is made in some Mid-term races around the country
Ilhan Omar of Minnesota and Rashida Tlaib of MI , both Democrats, will be the first Muslim-American women to serve in the House. Twenty-nine-year-old Democratic Socialist Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has become the youngest woman ever elected to Congress .

Brad Pitt reportedly believes a custody trial against Angelina Jolie will be "unnecessarily damaging" for his children.

The former couple - who split in September 2016 after two years of marriage - will face one another in court for two to three weeks in December 4.

The A-listers were together for over a decade and share six kids: Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, Vivienne and Knox. Because the case involves minors, it is likely that the courtroom will only allow the involved parties to be present.

The former couple reached a temporary agreement in August after Brad responded to Angie's petition asking for physical custody of their six children.
