Singer Angry Anderson's son has allegedly been killed by a friend

It is believed the victim is the son of Australian rock icon Angry Anderson

Flame has appeared in Manly court, wearing a long-sleeved white jumper, he "smiled from ear to ear at a person he knew in the public gallery", news.com.au reported.

Detective Inspector Michael Boutouridis said on Sunday morning ambulance officers commenced CPR on the victim as soon as they arrived at the scene, but were unable to revive him.

He was treated at the scene but later died.

"With the matter in the hands of NSW Police the family will not be making any comment at this stage, nor are we as Anderson's management in a position to offer any any comment on their behalf".

Witnesses told police they saw two people fighting while others claimed to have heard "shouting and moaning" coming from the direction of Pavilion Reserve park.

"You've got a rescue helicopter trying to save this young man, and the police are working on two things: calming the suspect at the same time as they're trying to bring in the appropriate emergency level of service to save the other man, and they couldn't", Morrison told The AM Show.

Anderson's alleged attacker, believed to be a 20-year-old apprentice plumber, was taken to Manly police station for questioning.

On Sunday, friends gathered in the park to lay flowers. "Capsicum spray was used, OC spray, and significant force was used to arrest him".

The accused was reportedly in a state of shock when realising what had happened, with Sydney Morning Herald reporting that Mr Flame only became aware of the incident when awakening from an alleged psychotic episode in hospital.

Liam Anderson was a local rapper who performed under the name Ranford Bigsby.

'Flying saucer' photo released by NASA as it revisits old project's demise
The capsule's parachute failed to open, causing it to crash in a Utah desert back in 2004. The downed "flying saucer" was a sample return capsule from NASA's Genesis Mission.

"I'm certain this is not a random attack".

Police are investigating the possibility that Anderson's alleged attacker may have been influenced by drugs and/or alcohol.

"It was quite a bloody scene", Boutouridis said.

"It all Started With One Song".

A witness said she heard moaning for half an hour, but thought it was a local exercise club at a nearby park.

Violence and drug culture is not unique to Australia.

"Then we found out it was obviously him being kicked or stabbed".

Police and paramedics were called to reports of an assault on the corner of Pavilion Street and Bridge Road in Queenscliff just after 6am on Sunday. "It just sounded like a guy doing boot camp, running up the hill and exhaling".

"I don't know the circumstances that led to them being at the reserve this morning, that's why I'm appealing to the community to assist us with those inquiries".
