NFL Reporter Melissa Stark Hit In Head By Football, Makes Epic Comeback

NFL Female reporter praised for professionalism after brutal hit to the head

Stark was reporting live from Wembley Stadium ahead of the Los Angeles Charges and Tennessee Titans London Games fixture.

In the middle of her live cross for Good Morning Football, Stark was struck in the head by a ball as teams were performing warm-ups.

"Oh, okay, nothing like live television" after being smacked in the back of the head by the stray ball, assuring viewers "I'm okay".

Her colleagues immediately commended her poise and composure, as did fans on social media.

José Mourinho responds to reports of a return to Real Madrid
José Mourinho has denied any interest in taking over at Real Madrid saying that he wants to stay on as Manchester United manager beyond his current contract, which ends in the summer of 2020.

Sharing the clip on Twitter, Stark had a sense of humor about it: "Hurts more every time I watch it..."

Like a true professional, Stark ploughed on like nothing happened, only referencing the falcon after her cross had finished. "London, I'll never forget you!" she joked, adding that she was thankfully "already off the injury report".

The star running back was sidelined with a hamstring injury, but he wasn't the only person who was surprisingly placed on the injury report.

The Chargers ultimately topped the Titans, 20-19.
