Spotify Premium adds personalized artist radio stations, improved search and more

Way back in August of this year, Spotify rolled out a new UI for its iOS and Android apps that's much simpler and easy to use.

"That's why, starting today, we're refreshing Spotify Premium to give our subscribers an even more personal and intuitive experience", the company said in a blog post on Thursday.

These will be "updated regularly" so that it doesn't get stale and can adapt to new artists.

Also new are revamped Artist Radios. Users of Spotify Premium will find a few features modified from past versions of the service, as well, and some features will come to some platforms before others. A redesigned Search page is described as your "new one-stop destination for artists, albums, podcasts, and more", supplying an ever-changing list of your "top genres", among others. Rolling our tight now, the update for premium users includes better search functions, streamlined navigation and endless Artist Radio.

The new navigation is being called "refined", as it aims to help "people quickly find what they're looking for".

This is exacerbated by the fact that Spotify recently announced a number of new Premium features and UI improvements, all of which will be rolling out to iOS and Android users in the coming days, if they're not available already. These offer an endless listening stream personalized to the listener's own musical tastes.
