The tabloid publication ran a video piece on Twitter with the headline: "Kendall Jenner's Stalker Ends Up By Her Pool..." When the guy refused, Zylka called security to escort him out. Fed risks Trump's fury over rate increases
US stock prices recovered some earlier losses but were still down for the day following the minutes. Higher rates can impact consumers by increasing borrowing costs, which have already ticked higher.

According to TMZ, Ford was being held on a 5150 psychiatric hold, but after a psychiatrist deemed him to be mentally stable, he was released. However, he was arrested again on Thursday for trespassing and violating the restraining order.

Ford was not on or near the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star's property during his apprehension Thursday.

TMZ reports he has been taken to jail, where bail was set at $30,000. Ford pled guilty to trespassing and the judge ordered him to stay 1,000 feet from the area, TMZ reported. He broke in again on Tuesday the same way, but this time her security nabbed him.

Ford is slated for an arraignment, insiders told the outlet, and could be released on his own recognizance ahead of a potential trial. Jenner's lawyer, Shawn Howley, is seeking a civil protective order. On Tuesday, he reportedly entered the gated community, where stars like Britney Spears, Paris Hilton and Christina Aguilera also live, via the same mountainside scaling effort as the previous week.
