YouTube Down Video streaming platform suffers global outage 'Resolving this' says company

The Philadelphia Police Department is reminding residents not to call 9-1-1 to report the outage. "Please try again later".

It was not immediately known what caused the problem or how long it will take to resolve.

Aussieoutages.com reports that users in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and Western Australia are feeling the impact. "We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will keep you updated", it said in a tweet. If you find YouTube TV back online please use the contact us button to let us know. "Thanks for your reports about YouTube, YouTube TV and YouTube Music access issues".

Other websites were overwhelmed with traffic as people tried to find more information about the outage.
