Samsung unveils first smartphone with four rear cameras

The Galaxy A9 (2018) is the world's first smartphone with four cameras at the back.

It also has a curved glass curved back.

The Galaxy A7 meanwhile features a 8MP 120 degree ultra wide lens, a 24MP lens, and a depth lens.

With four cameras on the rear glass case, Samsung is touting this device as the flawless offering for the Instagram generation. It's available in Lemonade Blue, Caviar Black, and Bubblegum Pink-all of which are a tad pretentious for color names but we don't judge over here. The flagship Samsung Galaxy S9 (64GB) is available at a discounted price of Rs 42,990 instead of Rs 62,500 during the festive season sale. Below that, there's a depth-sensing 5-megapixel lens created to gather all the depth information needed to add an artificial bokeh blur to the background in Samsung's adjustable Live Focus feature. The 5 MP camera comes with depth sensor that lets you take photos with bokeh effect, while also letting you manually adjust the amount of bokeh.

The horizontal camera system has a main 24-megapixel f/1.7 main camera at the top of the alignment, which is the sensor that will be used for generic images and low-light shots.
