Giuseppe "Joe" Giudice, the husband of "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Teresa Giudice, will be deported to his native Italy upon his release after completing a 41-month prison sentence in 2019, TMZ reported.
Although his wife Teresa Giudice was not in court for the ruling, she has remained loyal to her husband and implied that she'd follow him to Italy were he to be bounced from the United States.
Giudice is now serving a sentence of 41 months in prison.
Teresa - who was also busted on fraud charges and served 11 months in jail - refused to go to Joe's court proceedings on Wednesday.
Joe, who is serving out a three year prison sentence at FCI Allenwood in Pennsylvania, came to the U.S. as a baby, but never became a citizen.
Wolves demand Eric Gordon, PJ Tucker from Rockets for Jimmy Butler
The Rockets also engaged in Butler trade talks, but have thus far been unwilling to trade forward P.J. It was Butler's first practice with the team since requesting a trade three weeks ago.
The couple share daughters Gia, 17, Gabriella, 14, Milania, 12, and Audriana, 9.
While it's unclear whether the family will join Giudice upon his release, Teresa has previously stated that she "wouldn't mind" moving with her husband. "Mr. Giudice, no matter how this turns out, I wish you the best". He can file an appeal by November 9. "He keeps saying, 'You just got to move on from this". "I'm not even anxious about that as far as that goes", he told the magazine.
Back in June, Teresa and family were still hopeful that Joe would return to their New Jersey home after prison. "I have to go back and tell my kids this, and they've been waiting to hear from me". 'She always knew that this was a possibility, but she put it out of her head.
Although Teresa's lawyer recently said she is "never" divorcing Joe, there have been tons of rumors claiming otherwise and during an appearance at one of LuAnn de Lesseps' cabaret shows, Teresa actually questioned her about what it is like going through a public divorce. [It's] a very Italian way to be'. "That's what I did and I think that's what he should do, and we'll do it together, as a family". Since Joe's been gone, Teresa's grown into her independence.
Giudice has finished filming season nine of Bravo's RHONJ and will likely be a part of season 10.
