This will be the name of the 6.1-inch budget iPhone X

This will be the name of the 6.1-inch budget iPhone X

Apple's special event Gather Round will take place at Steve Jobs Theatre, California.

As per the report, people familiar with the matter have said, "Apple has considered calling the phone the "iPhone XR".

The new report points otherwise, suggesting that the bigger plus-sized variant will be called the iPhone XS Plus. Meanwhile, it remains to be seen what Apple calls the 6.1-inch model.

So, this is all about the new Apple iPhone XS. With that said, let's dive right in and start with the LCD model. All these specs for the 6.1-incher make sense because Apple is planning to position this as a more "entry-level" device, the price of which would be at par with the iPhone X's lesser co-star a year ago, the iPhone 8, which is now priced starting at Dh2,991.50, which is about $815.

While none of these leaks show us what the devices will actually look like, venerated Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo expects the iPhone XC to come in red, blue, orange, gray, and white - and the iPhone XS to come in the traditional silver, space gray, and gold colors. The 6.1-incher replaces the iPhone 8, the 5.8-inch option is the follow-up to the iPhone 8 Plus and the 6.5-inch variant succeeds the iPhone X - in terms of pricing, at least. Of course, with a cheaper price point comes a few tradeoffs.

Like the current iPhone X, the iPhone XS is also expected to have a stainless steel frame. Last year, Tim Cook and Co entered unchartered territory when the decade-anniversary iPhone X was priced at $999 (64GB) and $1,149 (256GB), the first time a mainstream device topped the 4-digit dollar mark.

"This major tranche of reboots will undoubtedly please Apple fans and win some new devotees, but it's hard not to see this multi-device launch making up for increasingly modest fanfare that has greeted new iterations of the iPhone in recent years". According to reports, this will make the display less likely to shatter when dropped.

The new iPhones will also be available to the users with some new exciting colors.

Tottenham vs Liverpool: Spurs without Alli and Lloris for Reds clash
It seems likely both Spurs' captain and Alli will miss Tuesday's Champions League Group B match at Inter Milan too. A breathalyser test on the scene found Lloris to have been over twice the drink drive limit.

Some purported photos of 6.1-inch iPhone prototypes can be viewed below.

As an S-cycle upgrade, you probably shouldn't expect to see any radical changes with Apple's next-gen 5.5-inch iPhone X and the Xs Max.

The biggest changes to Apple's premium iPhone models could very well focus on camera technology.

Price wise, Apple's iPhone Xs models will likely set you back quite a bit.

The company is forecast to sell 220 million iPhones in 2018, which is flat compared to previous year, but Apple has successfully raised unit prices without consumer backlash.

As for other details concerning specifications, prices and features, Apple could be introducing three display sizes in the upcoming smartphones. The 512GB version of the Note 9 costs $1,250. While there have also been rumblings that the devices might be priced at $799 and $999, that seems somewhat unlikely.

Experts believe these features will drive up the price of the new iPhone line. So, it may be only 0.2 inches thicker than the iPhone 8 Plus.

Currently, it is unknown whether the device will support two SIM card, or only selected models. In other words, the November launch of last year's iPhone X was hopefully the exception, not the rule. But, you won't be able to buy the charger separately.
