Umpires reportedly considering Boycott of Serena Williams Matches

World No. 25 Barbora Strycova has called out Serena Williams for her "bullsh-t" US Open blow-up that overshadowed 20-year-old Naomi Osaka's first grand slam victory.

The WTA validated Williams' complaint that the penalties were sexist and would not have been initiated if Williams were a man. USTA President Katrina Adams said there was "no equality".

"There is a lot of unhappiness in the umpiring community because no one is standing up for officials", the person told the Guardian. "Will the rules change in Serena's matches?".

"She said that she was proud of me and that I should know that the crowd wasn't booing at me", Osaka said.

It is bad enough that a star of Williams stature exploded in such a politically charged rant at the judge, but what hurt the judges even more is that both the Women's Tennis Association (WTA) and United States Tennis Association (USTA) came to Williams' support on her charges against the judge.

She added: "He's never taken a game from a man because they said 'thief.' For me, it blows my mind". Williams, clearly unhappy with the ruling, went on to berate Ramos for his judgment, repeatedly demanding that he apologize for branding her a cheater.

She also called Ramos a "thief" for taking a point from her.

Turkey central bank hikes rates to 24%
It said: "Accordingly, the committee has made a decision to implement a strong monetary tightening to support price stability". Phoenix Kalen, director of EM strategy at Societe Generale, said the market was both pleased and confused by the bank move.

Osaka also said that she felt confident going into the match that she would win.

Umpires could refuse to accept the chair when Williams competes, but would call off the apparent protest if Williams apologises for her remarks.

But it seems as she had been preparing for the moment for a long time. For me, it blows my mind, but I'm going to continue to fight for women. "I think it's a matter of having a conversation with the two guys and saying let's cut it out, let's slow it down, and then perhaps not understanding how they can have the same conversation with the females".

"I find it interesting that she did it only when she was losing".

Britain's Jamie Murray has rejected claims of men being treated more leniently than women by umpires.

Tennis great John McEnroe, one of the game's most tempestuous characters in his playing days, said the sport must find a way to allow players to express feelings and inject their personality into the game while adhering to certain rules.

Those double standards and discrimination is something Williams has experienced her entire career, despite possibly being the best tennis player to ever play the game. "I think that's probably the context of the conversation".
