Arpaio Speaks to Toy Doughnut in New Baron Cohen's Show

After former Alaskan Governor and vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin accused Sacha Baron Cohen of duping her that he was a handicapped US military veteran during an interview, president of programming Gary Levine hinted today at TCA that the segment may not even air on the British comedian's series Who Is America?

For his Arpaio segment, Cohen appeared as a Finnish YouTube star who sports a large orange streak in his blond hair and goes by the handle "OMGWhizzBoyOMG!".

Cohen also asked Arpaio about his relationship with Trump, drawing him into an off-color discussion of his loyalty to the president.

When Cohen asked Arpaio if Trump might have had a golden shower, Arapio responded "Wouldn't surprise me".

"Well, that's a big issue", Arpaio said. At one point on the video, Cohen has Arpaio talking to a tiny Shopkins donut as if it were an actual person, about the need for guns as guns are a protected right and in order to follow the law, people need access to guns.

"I think all the guns should be given back", Cohen said in a Shopkins voice. Arpaio looked at his host in disbelief: "You have over 43 guns???" "It's a risk I'm really glad that we took", Nevins told the Television Critics Association while promoting the upcoming lineup for Showtime, a unit of CBS Corp.

Arpaio leaned in toward the small toy. "Bad guys are going to get guns, they're going to kill you", he says. "It's gonna kill you", he said, pointing his finger at D'lish Donut.

Aston Villa win their first game of the new season
Conor Hourihane then curled a free-kick just over from 25 yards as the visitors started to knock on the door. But with the clock ticking down for Premier League clubs to make signings, Spurs have gone in for Grealish.

Arpaio often seemed taken aback during the interview that aired Sunday and was recorded last October.

In response, Arpaio bragged about his tenacity, but soon after Cohen asked Arpaio "If Donald Trump calls you up after this and says 'Sheriff Joe, I want to offer you an wonderful blowjob, ' would you say yes?"

Arpaio, 86, was facing six months in jail.

Later, Cohen tells Arpaio, "My first job was a hand job from my mother - and it was newspapers - what was your first hand job?"

Showtime kept the first season a secret for almost a year as Cohen and crew worked on it, and then maintained another week of silence between announcing the series and surprise dropping it in July. As The Washington Post's Eli Rosenberg reported, the former sheriff gave his fifth interview to the American Free Press, an anti-Semitic weekly publication, this year.

"I talk to all media, so what am I supposed to do?" "Investigate every media outlet to see what stories they write?"
