Carrie Underwood Reveals She's Pregnant With 2nd Child

Underwood and her husband Mike Fisher have one son Isaiah

The singer confirmed her rumored pregnancy in an Instagram message on August 8.

"Mike and Isaiah and I are absolutely over the moon and excited to be adding another little fish to our pond", she says. She also shared why she's not touring until May 2019 even though the Cry Pretty album will be released in September.

Tickets for the tour go on sale to the general public starting Friday, Aug. 17, at 10 a.m. through the PNC Arena box office, Ticketmaster and Carrie Underwood's official website. "This has just been a dream come true, with album and with baby news and all that stuff".

The "Dirty Laundry" singer - who didn't reveal when she is due to give birth - admitted life couldn't be better for her at the moment. "We're just so excited, and just so glad that you guys can share in this with us".

It's been quite a whirlwind of a year for Carrie.

Underwood met former Nashville Predators player Fisher at one of her concerts in late 2008. She remained under the radar for about four months, while she healed, before resurfacing in March.

The baby news comes at the same time that Underwood, 35, announced she will be embarking on the "Cry Pretty Tour 360" in May 2019.

Meanwhile, her husband, Mike, announced his decision to retire from the National Hockey League (again) earlier this year.
