House of Cards Fourth of July Season 6 Teaser

Robin Wright will reprise her role as Claire Underwood in House of Cards - this time as the president of the United States - in a teaser for the show's sixth season.

This is the second House of Cards Season 6 teaser following the exit of Kevin Spacey from the popular series. "To me." The brief teaser, which depicts Claire proudly sitting atop a marble throne then fades to black with the text #MyTurn appearing on the screen.

Spacey will not be returning for the sixth season after allegations of sexual misconduct surfaced in late October.

The eight-episode season 6 of House of Cards will revolve around Robin Wright as US President Claire Underwood.

But production on the political drama was suspended, and Spacey was sacked early last November amid more than a dozen men stepping forward to accuse the Oscar-winning actor of sexual misconduct. After his firing, the writers made changes to write Spacey out of the show, and make Wright the star of the season. The show will also see Diane Lane, Greg Kinnear and Cody Fern joining the cast. They join returning cast members Michael Kelly, Jayne Atkinson, Patricia Clarkson, Constance Zimmer, Derek Cecil, Campbell Scott and Boris McGiver.
