Bethesda released a new trailer for Fallout 76

It didn't take long for Warner to strike back at these claims. "As such, the assertions by Bethesda Softworks that Warner's Westworld mobile game improperly used source code from Bethesda's Fallout Shelter are as surprising as they are unsubstantiated".

It's been a whirlwind month for Warner Bros. and Bethesda as the latter sued the former over code rights in regards to an upcoming Westworld mobile game.

Warner Bros. has now responded to these allegations of copyright infringement. The new game even has a telling bug, which was identical to the early builds of Fallout Shelter before its release.

The Pip-Boy Fallout 76 map that was shown during the "Power of the Atom!" gameplay video of the game, shows 6 different areas that you'll be able to roam and build in, each with their own unique terrain and "ecosystem".

Everton confirm Rooney to join DC United in USA league
Rooney follows former England team-mates David Beckham, Frank Lampard, Steven Gerrard and Ashley Cole in making a move to MLS. Rooney has always been linked with a switch to MLS and reports emerged late on Wednesday that he had agreed to sign for DC.

Bethesda filed a lawsuit last week alleging that the Westworld game features code stolen directly from Fallout Shelter. While that is well and good, if Behaviour did secretly copy code from Bethesda, there isn't much legal ground that WB will have to stand on. Nevertheless, Warner Bros. shared a strong-worded response.

Almost to the day that the Westworld mobile game emerged on the App Store and on Google Play, a lawsuit was filed by Bethesda that alleged that the code used as its framework is the same as is found in Fallout Shelter.

A mobile game adaptation of HBO's Westworld reimaging launched two weeks ago.

Behavior Interactive has also confirmed that the allegations are "untrue", stating that none of the code from Bethesda for Fallout Shelter was used for the Westworld title.
