Angelina Jolie might have to surrender primary custody of her six children to their father, Brad Pitt, if she isn't able to meet new guidelines stipulated by the court, recent documents obtained by multiple publications say. Court documents prove that the judge dealing with the case argued that the kids 'not having a relationship with the father is harmful to them'.

According to the documents, Jolie arranged a phone call and face-to-face meeting with doctors and all the children to discuss the upcoming summer custody schedule earlier this month.

According to CNN, Angelina Jolie could actually end up loosing custody if she doesn't comply with the court order and figure out a way to co-parent, so that Brad gets time with his children too.

Brad, 54, will be permitted to see the minor children for four hours a day in London for ten days mid-June, while from 27 June to 1 July he will reportedly get the kids for ten hours a day.

Jolie can only call once a day when the kids are with the actor.

Pitt was granted unrestricted phone access to the children.

The court outlines specific times slots for Pitt to have custody, starting with 10 days in London (where Jolie is now renting a house while filming "Maleficent 2") where he can spend time with one or two of them at a time for four hours.

As for how Pitt feels about the summer schedule for his kids, the insider tells us he's "thrilled". "He is not working every day but he worked out a schedule for the kids that works with his filming schedule". The court determined that Maddox, 16, was old enough to decide how he wants to split his time between his parents.

Angelina is now filming the sequel to smash hit Maleficent in London and is renting a house for herself and her kids.

Jolie, 42, specifically is frustrated that their custody issues continue to drag on, stalling the couple's ability to finalize their divorce, Page Six reported. Even the people around her are getting exhausted of it'. The Troy star was eventually cleared of any wrongdoing.
