Xi Jinping says Vladimir Putin is his ‘best friend’

President Donald Trump said Friday he thinks Russian Federation should be reinstated into the Group of Seven, the industrialized countries whose leaders are meeting in Canada this weekend.

A date for the meeting is yet to be set after the conflict in Syria and the poisoning of former Russian spy Sergei Skripal and his daughter Yulia in Salisbury, Wiltshire, angered Mr Trump and caused fragile relations to deteriorate.

"They should let Russian Federation come back in".

The decision to kick out Russian Federation was in response to Vladimir Putin's annexation of Crimea in 2014, which was widely denounced as a violation of Ukraine's sovereignty.

Trump has repeatedly put himself at odds with practically the entire U.S. political and security establishment over Russian meddling in the 2016 Presidential Election.

Stressing that Russia-China comprehensive strategic partnership of coordination remains Russia's diplomatic priority, Putin said the two countries have taken care of each other's core interests and major concerns, actively promoted dialogues and cooperation in political, economic and people-to-people and cultural areas, and worked closely in global affairs.

For the past week, it was an open question in official Ottawa whether Trump would actually show up, given his recent trade actions against the other G7 countries and his increasingly antagonistic comments about their approach to worldwide relations. Under Trump, the United States has abandoned its traditional role in the G-7 as an advocate for freer global trade, instead pushing more protectionist policies. And he emphasized a "good relationship" with French President Emmanuel Macron, saying they sometimes have a "little test" on trade, but predicting a positive outcome. "They understand. They're trying to act like, "Well, we fought with you in the wars" but they don't mention the fact that they have trade barriers against our farmers, they don't mention the fact that they're charging nearly 300-per-cent tariffs".

Many breast cancer patients can skip chemo, confirms landmark study
"It does tend to cause significant side effects such as fatigue and hair loss issues that really do trouble women", said Moore. This confirms similar findings from earlier studies.

The statement also criticized the US decision to pull out of the Iran nuclear deal and said they would endeavor to keep it alive and ensure further trade with Iran.

The comments also appear to have caught his own administration off-guard. The White House then announced Trump would skip some of the G-7 sessions.

Vienna has been discussed as a possible venue for a summit between Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump, the Kremlin said Saturday. Tensions mounted between the Trump administration and fellow G7 members Canada, Germany and France when the USA imposed steep tariffs on imported metals from the countries. "Including that Vienna could be such a city" for the summit, said Peskov.

"It's a lucky number", Tusk said.

Xi also spoke of the increased number of visits from Chinese to Russia and also of Russians to China. At any rate, we are ready for this.

Mr Trump plans to leave the summit early and will skip G7 meetings about climate change, clean energy and ocean protection.
