Stephen Hawking memorial service 'open to time travellers'

Time travellers invited to Stephen Hawking's memorial service

On the application form, the date of birth section can be filled in from 1918 to 2038, which includes the possibility of future-born persons attending the event, if they can teleport back in time, of course.

A spokesman for the foundation told the BBC that while applicants appear - so far - to be from the present day, 'we can not exclude the possibility of time travel as it has not been disproven to our satisfaction.

It would also chime with a cheeky "experiment" once staged by the famous A Brief History of Time author.

His ashes will be interred by the graves of fellow scientific giants Isaac Newton and Charles Darwin.

Wish to read theoretical physicist can apply for a ticket, which must specify the date of his birth - it can be any day until December 31, 2038, reports the BBC. London blogger IanVisits was among those who noticed that the application allows people born more than 20 years into the future to come.

Professor Hawking, who died on March 14, 2018 at the age of 76, believed time travel could be achieved.

Japan economy ends two years of growth
GDP is expected to be flat on quarter and slip 0.1% on year after adding 0.4% on quarter and 1.6% on year in the three months prior.

After the "time traveller party", held in June 2009, Prof Hawking remarked that the fact that no-one turned up was "experimental evidence that time travel is not possible". "So I've combined two of my favorite things to see if time travel from the future to the past is possible". "And we really do mean ball - supporters of the theory of a flat Earth is not here", said the Fund.

"No one came, but it seems ideal that now the reminder service's website will be able to assist people born in the future".

The physicist could have an answer next month - as his family have invited time travellers to turn up to his memorial service.

In January past year, Prof Hawking posted a touching tribute to his family, friends and others who have "helped and supported me along the way and made my universe so full of life, love and energy".

Within 24 hours of the opening of the ballot for the thanksgiving service, to be held on 15 June, about 12,000 people from more than 50 countries had applied for tickets.
