Packers Not Expected To Sign Dez Bryant

Michael Gallup Cowboys

- Not that it should come as much of a shock, but the chances that Dez Bryant ends up in Green Bay took a hit on Tuesday. Bryant will likely have to keep looking for a new team as opportunities continue to dwindle throughout the offseason. That has Dallas bringing in more kickers to compete for the job this offseason, and if Bailey is unable to find his reliable form again, the Cowboys may be willing to part with their long-time kicker. With Geronimo Allison, a former undrafted free agent set to be the Packers boundary receiver opposite Davante Adams, it should be somewhat obvious Bryant is better.

Dez Bryant most infamous catch in his entire career was actually a non-catch that has been argued for years now. "He's motivated and I think he's going to end up going to the Green Bay Packers". This move was unexpected with Randall Cobb thought to be the odd man out in Green Bay, but regardless of the move the team still has one of the better receiving corps in the National Football League and could take that a step further with the addition of former Dallas Cowboys wideout Dez Bryant. "I look for him to go there". Unfortunately for Bryant, the only interest that has came his way since being cut from the Cowboys has been from the Ravens who offered him a contract, but he turned it down. Witten thinks Dez will be signing with another NFC team. Both of those teams appear to be out on Bryant at this point in time as well.

"Aaron Rodgers, he throws that back-shoulder throw so well", Witten added.

Muqtada al-Sadr Alliance Wins Elections in Iraq
Sadr has led two uprisings against US forces in Iraq and is one of the few Shiite leaders to distance himself from Iran . It may be Abadi, Reuters reports, who has signaled a willingness to work with Sadr to form a working government.

Witten made it clear that he does not have any inside information about where Bryant might end up, and he also mentioned the New Orleans Saints as another potential landing spot. I think that's a great spot for him.

If the Packers were to sign Bryant, they'd preferably want to get it done prior to OTAs.
