Sneak Peek at 'Bohemian Rhapsody' Teases the Queen Biopic

The First Bohemian Rhapsody Trailer is Here

After a short teaser trailer yesterday, 20th Century Fox has released the first full trailer for Bohemian Rhapsody.

And from the looks of the trailer, Malek seems to do a great job embodying Mercury.

Elsewhere in the clip, Malek's Mercury is seen partying and fighting with his bandmates.

The movie will cover the time period from the band's formation in the 1970s through their performance at Live Aid in 1985. From the rock star hair to the stage presence to the voice to the smile, Malek's take on Mercury appears to be right on pitch.

And with a new director at the helm (original filmmaker Bryan Singer was sacked during production and replaced with Eddie the Eagle's Dexter Fletcher)? The film stars Rami Malek as Freddie Mercury. In the process, cementing the legacy of a band that was always more like a family and who continue to inspire outsiders, dreamers, and music lovers to this day.

First Muslim superhero Ms Marvel is 'on the way'
Speaking to the BBC , Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige spilled the tea on some "plans" to introduce Ms Marvel into the MCU. The move is significant as it means Marvel is planning to introduce its first Muslim superhero.

The remaining members of Queen will be played by Gwilym Lee (Brian May), Joseph Mazzello (John Deacon) and Ben Hardy (Roger Taylor).

Ultimately, we'll have to wait until the movie hits theaters on November 2 to see exactly what kind of balance it strikes between giving us all an excuse to rock out and tackling the serious subjects. Also appearing are Mike Myers and Aiden Gillen.

"The only thing more extraordinary than their music is his story", the trailer teases, before showing Mercury and the rest of the band's rise to fame as they create some of the most legendary music of all time.

Commenting on the film during production, producer Graham King stated, "This film has been 8 years in the making but I truly believe that it's been worth it, because I'm so proud of what we've accomplished".
