Scott Arfield Signs For Steven Gerrard's Rangers From Burnley

Scott Arfield believes that he can establish himself as a natural leader in the Rangers dressing room next season, after he completed his move to Ibrox on a four-year contract.

As revealed by Football Insider, Arfield will be paid more than £25,000-a-week, meaning his Rangers deal will cost £5.3million in wages alone.

He spent the past five seasons at Burnley, but the time for change had arrived. "When a club of this magnitude comes in for you it is a no brainer".

Gerrard is seeking to improve the Rangers squad he inherited from former club boss Graeme Murty and clearly sees midfielder Arfield as the first missing piece in the pursuit of closing the gap at the top of the Scottish Premiership with arch-rivals Celtic. It's been in the pipeline for a long time and I'm looking forward to it now.

"I think it's inevitable we are going to draw them, isn't it?"

Caitlyn Jenner just slammed Kourtney and Khloé Kardashian on Instagram
Stories about Jenner's ex-boyfriend Tyga then surfaced saying he, too, believed that Scott was not the baby's biological father. In one photo, Kylie beamed at the camera as she cuddled her newborn daughter as she posed in Stormi's nursery.

"If you don't get excited by it, you shouldn't walk through the front door", he said.

"I was lucky enough to play against him (Gerrard) and it was one of the highlights of my career".

When asked about his memories of facing Gerrard, he said: "Getting beat, getting overrun, and I remember coming off the pitch thinking I'm not as good as I first thought". Proven in the Premier League, English Championship as well as the SPL from his Falkirk days, Arfield is a battle-hardened competitor who won't wilt in the heat of Old Firm battles, as so many have done in recent matches against Celtic.

"It's pleasing also that we have been able to start our rebuilding process so quickly after the end of the season".
