Constantin Sets September Shoot for Paul WS Anderson's 'Monster Hunter'

Entertainment news website Variety reported on Friday that Constantin Film's Hollywood live-action film adaptation of CAPCOM's Monster Hunter action game franchise will feature Milla Jovovich (Resident Evil movie franchise).

Variety reports that Milla Jovovich is set to star in the upcoming film adaptation for the Monster Hunter video game franchise. Anderson is also directing the Monster Hunter film, and his Impact Pictures producing partner Jeremy Bolt is producing.

The Monster Hunter movie will begin shooting this September, in South Africa (which was where 2016's Resident Evil: The Final Chapter was shot). Asteroid larger than a Football Field will be near by Earth Experience
The experts, not being able to completely comprehend the asteroid, again re-imaged it on 10 May and named it as 2010 WC9. Aside from its impending visit, 2010 WC9 is particularly interesting because it has an unusual story behind it.

Not much is known about the film right now, although presumably it will involve a bunch of people hunting monsters.

The success of Monster Hunter: World seems to have reinvigorated Capcom in more ways than one, and the company is now talking about competing directly with the big Western companies. "The crews are great there and, at least for a European company, it's easy to get there: same time zone, overnight flights", said film producer Martin Moszkowicz. "That's what it's all about these days, a fresh, different approach".

Monster Hunter has been popular in Japan for over a decade but only reached mainstream success in the West with this year's Monster Hunter: World.
