Father arrested after Richmond toddler found dead in suitcase in New Jersey

Authorities ID child remains found in suitcase father arrested in Puerto Rico

The baby's remains were found near PATH train tracks in Jersey City by a Port Authority employee on April 11 while he was conducting a routine inspection of train tracks.

The body of a toddler who was found inside a suitcase along New Jersey PATH train tracks earlier this month has been identified, according to the Hudson County prosecutor.

Her father, Travis Lamont Plummer, 37, was located in San Juan, Puerto Rico, on April 19, according to NBC.

Along with CIA Director Mike Pompeo's clandestine meeting with Kim earlier this month, it is another indicator that the U.S. But on Monday, the White House spokeswoman, Sarah Sanders, would not be pinned down on United States goals.

Two-year-old Te'Myah Plummer was last seen by her family in August 2017. Travis Lamont Plummer was taken into custody without incident by Federal Bureau of Investigation agents on April 19 and is now awaiting extradition.

The exact cause and nature of the child's death are pending, but police believe she did not die in New Jersey, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said in the statement. It was believed they may have relocated to the Charlotte-Mecklenburg County, North Carolina area, or perhaps Jersey City. The Richmond Police Department had been investigating Te'Myah's disappearance when Port Authority cops discovered her remains at the grisly scene. He has been charged with second-degree desecrating human remains. Additional medical studies determined that the child was closer to 2-years-old and DNA testing by the FBI Forensic Lab in Quantico, Virginia, confirmed her identity.

Preliminary reports by the New Jersey Regional Medical Examiner's Office estimated the child to be approximately 10 months old.
