On Sunday, following a tweet promoting his Saint Pablo clothing line and another asking for a photo caption, West posted a photo of himself and former National Basketball Association player Lamar Odom, the troubled recovering substance abuser formerly married to West's sister-in-law, Khloé Kardashian.

Kanye recalled how he had played his at the time under wraps new album Life Of Pablo to his friend at the hospital and then had him at his side when he launched his Yeezy season 3 collection at Madison Square Garden in NY in 2016.

Though Kanye's tweet could have just been a simple reflection of the profound moment, Kim subliminally made it clear that she deleted most of her bikini photos because of all the negative comments she received after posting them. "My favorite moment of walking into MSG [Madison Square Garden] to play [on the tour titled] Saint Pablo, I used to go to the hospital and play Lamar the album [also titled "Saint Pablo"] when he was learning to walk and talk again".

"Glad I could be there 4 u bro like u came thru 4 me", Odom wrote on Twitter.
