Stormy Daniels offers to return Trump affair hush money

An arbitrator has reaffirmed that Daniel's nondisclosure agreement with Trump, tied to the $130,000 payment from Trump's personal attorney Michael Cohen, was binding and issued a temporary restraining order. The publication notes that the payment was made to Stormy in exchange for her silence about her alleged affair with Trump.

Once a new agreement is signed, the letter said, Clifford would also be able to use and publish any text messages, photos and videos relating to Trump that she might possess. "The only reason it hasn't run is that there is still a lot of journalism left to do", said Rhodes, adding that "60 Minutes" was still checking documents and other materials provided by Daniels.

But Avenatti revealed in a tweet on Tuesday, that Trump and Cohen had missed the deadline to revoke the contract.

"As we have always said, this is about a search for the truth and the ability of Ms. Clifford to tell the American people what really happened so they can make their own determination", Avenatti said of the offer. She taped an interview with CBS News' 60 Minutes programme last week that has yet to be aired.

Prosecutors seeking death penalty against Nikolas Cruz, confessed Parkland gunman
Cruz now " stands mute " before the charges, having withdrawn a written "not guilty" plea after being indicted by the grand jury. The only other penalty option for Cruz is life in prison without the possibility of parole.

Both President Trump and the White House continue to deny that there was ever a relationship or connection between Daniels and the president. Neither Cohen, nor his lawyer, Lawrence Rosen, responded to a request for comment.

Daniels' attorney, Michael Avenatti, said she would wire the money to an account designated by the president by Friday if he agrees.

President Donald Trump's attorneys missed a deadline to accept the return of a $130,000 settlement payment from a pornographic film actress who's seeking to tell the story of her alleged affair with the former reality-TV star, according to her lawyer.

Mary Hearn, a spokeswoman for the court, said Feffer would not be able to comment because of judicial ethics involving pending cases.
