Rabada banned for two Tests after Smith contact

Kagiso Rabada picked up a 10-wicket haul

South Africa beat Australia by six wickets in the second Test to level the four-match series at 1-1. Rabada's fate could dominate the news agenda in the lead-up to the third Test - which gets underway next Thursday - in the same way that he dominated this match.

South Africa bowler Kagiso Rabada will miss the remainder of the Test series against Australia after he was found guilty of bumping into Steve Smith's shoulder on day one of the second Test in Port Elizabeth.

Rabada, who accepted his level-one charge for giving Warner a spray, has now been charged by the International Cricket Council five times in 13 months.

PUNISHMENT: Fined 50 per cent of match fee and given three demerit points (triggering a two-Test ban because of his poor record). Their best performer was also their chief offender and while much has been made about Kagiso Rabada's suspension from the next two Tests, not as much has been said of his performance, which is worthy of great praise. I felt really good in this Test match.

"If I knew I did it deliberately I wouldn't have contested it", said Rabada. He had the opportunity to avoid the contact, and I could not see any evidence to support the argument that the contact was accidental, ' said Crowe.

Flake to Introduce Legislation That Would Nullify Trump's Tariffs
Dan Nowicki is The Arizona Republic's national political reporter. The Republican Party is the Trump party right now. Maxine Waters a "very low I.Q. individual".

Crowe detailed in a statement how disappointing it was that Rabada's send-off came one day after the match referee met with both captains. While captain Faf du Plessis does not see swearing as part of South Africa's style of play, it has featured in Rabada's send-offs, and may yet do so again, though he will direct his expletives elsewhere. Australia has been dominant in South Africa since the end of apartheid.

Wicketkeeper Tim Paine (up 16 places to 66), opener Cameron Bancroft (up 15 places to a career-best 78) and fast bowler Pat Cummins (up four places to a career-best 23) have all moved up. Lyon was brought on for the last over before lunch and with his first ball caught Dean Elgar off a leading edge as the left-handed batsman stretched forward.

"Mitchell Marsh probably deserved a hundred in the first test to be fair, but if we're getting batters scoring big hundreds it certainly helps us out a hell of a lot". The key seemed to be Mitchell Marsh, the last member of Australia's top six, who was unbeaten on 39 at the start of play. It wasn't straightforward, with Australia removing Hashim Amla and AB de Villiers in quick succession to have the South Africans 81-4.

He represented South Africa at schoolboy level and at under-19, and won the under-19 World Cup in 2014. There was one other task on day four that might have been even harder than determining the Man of the Match.
