Camila Cabello Drops New Skrillex-Produced Single

Since striking out on her own, Cabello has learned to do things her way.

The 70-year-old "Rocket Man" singer recently opened up about the 20-year-old "Havana" crooner on Apple Music's Beats 1 with Matt Wilkinson.

The Cuba native's fans known as "camilizers" have been giving much love to the new album on Twitter where Camila was trending Friday. "Today's the first day where I can really just enjoy it, and I can enjoy it being out". Camila, who left the group in December, 2016, was watching the performance at home and she was surprised by the obvious jab.

Camila claims the solo project caused tension in the group and when she asked to help write lyrics for Fifth Harmony songs after that, she was rebuffed.

Camila Cabello has become a name to reckon with especially in India with her album topping the iTunes India chart, ahead of Bollywood soundtracks. She also wanted to stay with the group while also working on a solo album, but her former comembers shut her down.

"I was just curious and I wanted to learn and I saw all these people around me making music, writing songs and being so free", she explained. Eventually, she was given an ultimatum: she can not make a solo album while, at the same, time performing with the group.

Obviously, she made her choice, and that was to go solo - a decision she stands by. Her debut album, Camila, is now available for purchase.
