Rob Lowe slams Bella Thorne for being 'inconvenienced' by Montecito mudslides

Bella Thorne has been publicly reprimanded by an unexpected acting-world colleague: Rob Lowe.

After the 20-year-old Famous in Love actress took to Twitter to announce that the deadly California mudslides were affecting her commute, the 53-year-old Code Black actor had something to say.
